My carpet cleaner was great for a first 6 times I used it but then a gasket broke on it and I need to get it replaced. It's not a gasket that I can simply order in their accessories catalog. Need to do some research to find a place where I can buy that gasket only and not an entire part of the cleaner.
I'm good with renting one when I need it. It's so much easier.

Our couch. It looked charcoal grey in the showroom but in our house, it's more of a dark taupe, which I did NOT want. It's also too big for the room. And we couldn't return it because it was a floor model on major sale.
It's comfy as hell, though. I guess that's something. I just wish it wasn't so ugly. We keep putting off replacing it because we don't want to spend the money right now.

Steam mop. I didn't know that it was bad for your floors!

@Andrea: You can use the steam mop to clean your windows, shower enclosure, tile and grout, (like in the shower or bathroom), and use the carpet attachment to refresh rugs and upholstery. It has so many uses!
I regret the curtains I bought for the living room. Well, I bought non-returnable curtains, didn't like them, bought another set, used them for a while and now I don't like them again. sigh.

A white duvet cover. Every one swears you can just throw it in with bleach but ours yellowed and looked dingy, the bleach weakened the fibers and it ripped (after 2-3 years).

Our sofa set.. it was too big and too dark! We finally got rid of them after 3 years and I love our new set.

@Meowkers: I know, I have to make use of it in another way, but I haven't done it yet. I don't think I have a carpet attachment, but I will look!

Technically I didn't buy it, but I let my father buy it. I regret the big piano. He bought this 100 year old piano from church, but it can't be tuned totally without replacing very expensive parts and it's so big that it can't be moved to the basement, which is where I want it's eventual home to be. And it's going to be a pain to get rid of because no one wants old pianos.
