H has some little bumps on both cheeks and her chin...Is this acne or a rash?

Looks like acne from what I can tell. I know it's not a big deal, but it made me so sad when LO had baby acne!

@Weagle: I know! She had one or two bumps before and I put breastmilk on them and they'd go away, but this little patch isn't budging and I don't like it messing up her perfect little face!
Ok, I'm going to power on with breastmilk on it...

I say acne...ped told us to wash LOs face with baby soap every single day. It would literally clear up over night when we did this. Ped said its from kisses:) and from sleeping on his face and/or fuzzy blankets. I personally thought it was because LO was super drooly.

@TurtleDoves: I wondered if it's from kisses! Or maybe me wearing makeup and I always walk around with her facing me/behind me and I always touch my face to hers:(

@PrincessBaby: Did this clear up? Am curious what your ped said. DS has something similar and I'm wondering if I should call my ped over it...

@sunshineandsushi: yes! Ped said was acne & to use aveeno lotion or aquaphor..I bought aveeno body wash (was using J&J) and Aveeno lotion for eczema, and also used aquaphor. He said it usually peaks at 8 weeks and then goes away and it immediately got better but it totally went away at 8 weeks on the dot...I hope it clears up for you!

@PrincessBaby: Thanks! He's 8 weeks today, so here's to hoping it clears up soon. I'll have to get some Aveeno. We've been using Burt's Bees body wash, but i don't think it helps.
