LO has been suffering with eczema this winter but it has been mostly confined to the usual areas (wrists, behind knees, ears etc.) it gets better and worse but the past couple of days she has developed more dry patches all over and this weird pimply rash on her arms and legs.

She doesn't seem that much itchier than normal and is otherwise fine in herself. I'm wondering if it's eczema related or not?
