I will talk with friends if the conversation comes up...I have issues and will gladly share what meds work for me! But it's not like a detailed thing....some people really get into it and I think it's unnecessary. But I would never delve into it unprompted!

Eh no. This is way out of my comfort zone. I rarely even talk about anything with M, it was a struggle to discuss constipation during pregnancy. I will flat out tell people that I find it unappealing to talk about what they do in their bathrooms. I'll say it twice or leave if needed. I'm not prude about most things.

Boundaries people, come on.

Um no. I talk to DH about DD's poops and even that I find totally crazy.

ETA: crazy in a "I never thought I'd talk about this" kinda way. So no, I don't talk about my own bathroom activities outside my DH and that's only if there is an issue!

I'm a nurse so nothing really grosses me out, but I just think it's weird/rude to talk about something like that with people. It's definitely a private thing.

My inlaws are like this and it drives me crazy - they see no issue with talking about stuff like this during dinner. I think it's weird.

There is very, very little that I am grossed out by. I don't go around broadcasting my bodily functions but I have no qualms talking about them to friends or family if the topic comes up.

I won't talk about it with just anyone but my best friend I will. Especially now that she's a nurse, sometimes I have a question & she needs a little detail. It's kind of awkward but it doesn't bother either of us. I wouldn't say anything about it to a coworker or anything though!

The closest I get to taking about my BM with someone is saying "I didn't have a good time in the bathroom today" or "I think I have stomach problems".

I say the word "diarrhea" in a hushed voice lol.

I definitely don't get in to details about texture or color with anyone but a doctor.

I don't think it's normal to talk about that often, and my family definitely isn't one that talks about it. I get grossed out by the potty training play-by-play posts on FB, too! It's one thing to be vague, it's another to discuss in detail...

i have no problem talking about poop in detail with DH, but i don't share those details with friends or even other family members.

haha I don't get weirded out (unless it is at dinner time, that is not dinner conversation and that is gross) but we talk about LO's all the time (she's obsessed with it, and she's potty training who am I to shut it down!) My friends and I talk about it (pregnancy constipation, ect.) and I don't' think it's weird. I wouldn't bring it up to a stranger or a coworker or anything though!
