I think polka dots are totally fine. DS's anywhere chair is green with white dots and he definitely had dots in his room (I did gender neutral because we were TG)

I've never thought of polka dots as feminine so that would never be an issue for me. If it's grey or cream I think it's perfect (looks pink on my screen. )

It does look pink on my screen; I just assumed you knew for sure it was grey. Pink would definitely make it girly, though again, I don't think it matters. (We have a very boyish stroller even though we were having a girl.)

I think I'd try to see it in person first because after looking at an enlarged view the trim looks pink to me.

@Torchwood: I know for sure it's gray but I think the trim is either pink or taupe, it's hard to tell.

I think the dots lend itself more to girl but I also think that the solid colours will "age" better as your LO grows into a toddler

Polka dots are fine either way but I love that green one!
I picked out an orange stroller as my gender neutral color and loved it with both my girl and boy!
