I am sitting here fuming because DH went the long/stupid way somewhere as usual. DD was bugging me and asking for a million things so I wasn't paying attention. I should just always drive!!

Terrible! He is an AWFUL driver! In his defense, his parents immigrated here right before having him & I don't think they ever drove before coming here. They still don't drive on highways or far distances, and when he was little they never drove at all. So they taught him to drive & I guess it's to be expected that he wouldn't be the best driver with them as teachers.

My husband is a great driver but sometimes he likes to take the scenic route and I just want to take the fastest one.

Yeah he's really good. He drives me crazy when he speeds though.

He has a terrible sense of direction and drives way too fast/aggressive for my taste.

He drives really fast and brakes at the last minute. Scares me half to death!

He's a very good driver. However, sometimes I think he's better than everyone else. lol. He also should have been a racecar driver.

Nope. He's awful. No patience, never pays attention to the speed limit, he actually prefers that I drive so I drive almost every time we go somewhere together, it's not even a question. I have to request he drive if it's going to be switched and I have to be desperate if that's the case!!!

He drives safely/carefully for the most part BUT gets distracted easily, like if he is looking at a tree or the phone rings or something... I think I'm a safer driver but I would definitely not tell him that. Sometimes if he does something scary I tell him that it freaks me out and explain why.

He's a good driver though he does weird things like once in awhile he'll treat red lights like stop signs. He doesn't do it on purpose, I always say red light if I see him looking both ways and then he's like oh yeah I just have to stop. But he doesn't like to drive so I'm usually the driver.

Well he is a great driver but he has been driving since he was like 8 lol... other than my dad I have never seen anyone so good at backing up and pulling into tight spaces! He has a tendency to speed and sometimes waits for the last minute to break but I'm getting used to it.

Most of the time my hubs is pretty good. Sometimes he freaks me out though because he doesn't pay attention in traffic and always ends up having to break hard when the people in front of us stop. I have an imaginary break on the passenger side that gets quite the work out.....

Yup, I trust his driving 100%. It's annoying when how easily frustrated he is when we're in a new place and we take a few wrong turns though.

ugh I hate when he drives. he's so distracted and terrible at multi tasking. To the point that I cannot talk to him while he drives.
and he is always speeding, on his phone etc... he makes me so mad when he drives.

@Coco Bee: yes! He is so easily distracted that sometimes he cannot talk and drive either. This is why he always ends up going the wrong way or driving like a grandma because he's too busy yapping.

He's a pretty good driver. He makes me nervous sometimes though.
