no, but it doesn't matter because if someone just knocks on the door our dogs are wayyy louder barking at that than any doorbell...

@mrsjyw: Same, my LOs can usually sleep through everything. I think it woke her up once when a contractor rang it repeatedly at 7am!

Ours is still hooked up, but thankfully, DS can sleep through quite a bit of noise! Hope I didn't just jinx myself!

Our doorbell is our barking dog. He barks as they are walking up our driveway. Luckily lo is still sleeping through the barks.

Yup it's hooked up. We never actually thought about unhooking it but totally makes sense!

We took it out, when we bought out house, with plans to put a new one in and never did so we don't even have one.

We never had one! Our building has a buzzer that goes to my husband's cell phone. I'm guessing that doesn't count? But honestly, the street noise we get here sometimes has got to be lounder than a door bell would be in a house.
