Ours isn't 
I was planning to this weekend, but then I got really sick. So this coming weekend it's on!!! I'm so excited to put our tree up, start putting out all of the fun Christmas knick knacks

We are going to be away from the 18th until the 30th, so there doesn't really seem to be a point to decorating. It makes me a little sad though. I think I'll pull out some ornaments and just put them in vases so at least there is something, but I miss the smell of a real Christmas tree. Not so much the needles on the floor...

I'm slowly getting there. I was overseas last week so wanted all the 'big stuff' done before I left. This weekend I'm going to finish up and then start holiday baking!!

We have a tree up and I love turning the lights on! It looks so festive. We have a couple of nativity scenes to put out, and that's all the decorating we do.

No, not yet!! I do ours about 10 days before Christmas - if it goes up too early it doesn't feel special by the time Christmas rolls around, for me.

@Mrs. Pen: Watch for sales after Christmas! We bought our tree like 80% off, and we ended up getting a TON of hand me down ornaments from my MIL and my family!

We're getting our tree on Friday, but our mantel is decorated and I lined our stairs and banister with pre-lit garland...it looks so pretty! Can't wait til the tree is up!

Our tree is up and decorated but that's the only decorating we've done. I'm a little sad about it. I wanted to go all out this year but we don't have the money. Boooo!

We were going to do it last weekend but ended up staying at my BIL's instead. Hoping to do it Saturday.

We always travel for the holidays so we've never decorated. It's kind of depressing. If we have the money next year to invest in some decor I'm totally going for it--just didn't work out this year.

We got our tree a week ago....it looks so pretty! -
Yep! Put up the outside lights and decor in october before the hard snow, and lit them after thanksgiving. Put up the tree and stockings the weekend after thanksgiving. I almost didn't bother with any of it this year because it's a lot of work and I'm exhausted and sick. But it makes me feel so happy, so I'm glad we put it all up!

Yep! We are decorated! Wreath outside and tree inside. Don't do much else though.

I wasn't going to do a tree and outdoors lights this year, since I usually do that stuff myself and don't want to risk a ladder fall, but I've put up the holiday decor around the house and getting a small-ish tree tonight. It just doesn't feel that jolly without a tree!

We (finally) get our house on Friday--our shipment from across the country comes on Monday. Wading through the 218 boxes comes Tuesday, and hopefully throughout the week I will find the time to decorate. Bahahaha, right. But with a 3 yo as well as a 9 month old, I really want to get our first Christmas as a complete family sorted out!!

We have a tree inside and lights in the windows. Outside we have lights up the tree bark, in a tree and in a flower pot. So pretty! (i need to take pics)
