Everyone says "Once its your kids poop its totally cool". Give me the skinny mama bees. Is this true or a total crock?

you clean soooo much poop until they're potty trained it doesn't phase you after awhile. you do still get amazed at the size and stinkiness from time to time, but yep poop doesn't bother me even if it gets on me.

Totally true. I grab nuggets with my fingers if I have to. The smell is bad, but it doesn't bother me.

True. Though I've not yet dealt with poop affected by solid food. We'll see if I change my tune

I still hate poop! But you just deal with it, maybe thats the difference...

It is different when it's your own baby's poop! Poop from BF babies smells nothing like real poop, I never minded changing those ones. Once the weaning process started ( formula, solids) then they became a lot more yucky and my husband and I keep hoping the other would get stuck with the poop!

You just gotta do what you gotta do because who else is going to clean it? I think the worst part which you may or may think of is that as your kid gets older and older they will hate getting their diaper changed more and more and it can be a real struggle to do a diaper change. That is worst than touching the poop....wrestling to keep my daughter in one place so I can clean her.

Eh, it's poop. It's just like dog slobber. If it's your own dog it's ok but other people's dogs slobbering on you is gross. Their poop does have a very different consistency though than adult poop.

Yeah, DS's poop doesn't faze me at all. Except those first couple weeks of solid food because OH MY GOD that @#$% is gross.

Yeah, RJ's poop doesn't really bother me. We do have the occasional "oh my god that's a LOT OF POOP" or "eww IT STINKS" but that doesn't stop us from cleaning it up and moving on. Just a part of parenthood
I do smell/see other kids' poop and get grossed out by it
