At library story hour my friend's LO just went ahead and sat on the librarians lap. Meanwhile my LO refuses to hold anybody's hand but mine during Ring Around the Rosie. She would freak out if she had to sit on someone else's lap! She's shy

Ummmm I guess shy? She doesn't engage alot with strangers but at the same time she doesn't have stranger or separation anxiety at all... She's be fine with someone she doesn't know holding her but she'd just stare at them. lol

Outgoing. He practically jumped out of my arms to get to the lady behind us in line at Walmart. He's super outgoing. He stares a strangers down and smiles at them like crazy

definitely shy. he loves to look at people but doesn't care too much for them trying to talk to him. and lord help us all if they try to hold him.
even people he's familiar with usually aren't allowed to hold him. i used to be super concerned about it but it is what it is.

She's shy at first but she warms up quickly. She glares at people with this "what the heck are you staring at" face and it's pretty funny.

My son is outgoing. He loves people! My DD is a little more cautious. But it's hard to tell how she'll be when she's older since she's only 10 months old.

Usually he's very outgoing! He'll go to basically anyone and he loves meeting new people. The only exceptions are when he's tired or sick.
