Charlie is in the top 50 and I think it hasn't gotten more or less popular in recent years.
Olive is getting more popular though -- Drew Barrymore named her daughter Olive (although she voiced Olive the reindeer, so maybe she thought of the name before I did!). And I've seen it a couple of places on the web too. Maybe Olive will be the next Olivia.

I don't think so! Although some of the East Coast bees told me it's more popular over there...but I know no one with his name!

We won't officially know until next year but thanks to the Kardashians that had their P shortly after we had ours I'm sure it is. Boo.

@runsyellowlites: Ha-- when they named her P, I immediately thought of people who had already named their LOs P-- it isn't a super common name, now, but who knows now that she has her hand in it. Look how popular Mason is now.
We've taken names off our possible list based on their popularity, but always for other reasons too.

Our youngest's name was pretty popular already and my husband said it was 80 on some list he saw the other day, so it must be getting even more popular.

@Foodnerd81: I must admit I was pretty peeved about it. We chose the name based on it not being very popular since I have such a unique name it's a pretty important aspect for me. Kinda feel like a name nazi but if there were other "major" reasons we had chosen it it may not have been such a big deal. Oh well, hopefully it'll still take a couple years to really take trend.

the middle name we picked for our lady is a variation of my middle name, which is a variation of my dad's middle name from a family name... and i've seen it for two little girls that i "know" in the last month! so weird because i literally hadn't heard it in ages. but the first name that we're pretty sold on isn't really rising in popularity at all.

Definitely not but I'm finding that "old lady" names are slowly becoming more popular and LO's name falls under that category so maybe one day!

LO's name is still pretty rare. As far as I know there's only one other little boy with his name out there (of course, it's a celebrity's kid - so who knows if there's more of them!).

@Rubies: DH and i have "old" names, which is why he vetoed Charlotte. I just realized that our LO's names are related in the bible.

Yes. When we picked Charlotte, it was in the 40s, now it's in the 20s. Another bee just named her baby it.
