My last dog was not. I would lay on the couch to pet him.... and he would nip at me if I did it too much because he would get annoyed.
My new pup is the exact opposite. She loves to cuddle and be petted. Most of all she love love loves belly rubs. Just walk near her and look at her and she'll turn onto her back for a belly rub (see picture) If I stop petting her she'll paw at me because she wants more

Ummmm YES. Here he is cuddling on DH's head at 3:45am, and on the couch.
ETA one more of him in bed. I'm realizing how spoiled he is!

I don't have a picture of him cuddling, but here is a goofy pic. He is so silly.
ETA: I guess he sort of is cuddling up to my side, just in a weird way? His normal cuddle position is curled up into a tight ball.

Yes! Especially at bedtime. Though our little one apparently gets cold paws, because we'll wake up and he's tucked his paws under one of us. So cute!
I don't have a cuddle picture on hand, but these are funny enough to share. Apparently they both like my clothes.

Our cat snuggles sometimes. Our dog gives a "you have got to be kidding" look when you try to snuggle or even sit near her. It makes DH sad.

Yes, but only on his own terms (he's such a cat!). If I try to make him cuddle, he's all like "NOOO! YOU'RE SMOTHERING ME AND I CAN'T BREATHE OH KITTY ABUSE AAGH!" and then three minutes later he'll hop back up on the couch and take up residence on my tummy. And heaven forbid I do something like breathe or move my foot or something because the first rule of cuddling the cat is YOU DON'T DISTURB THE CAT. He will sometimes cuddle with DH but I get probably 80% of the loving. Lucky me?

My dog, yes, such a cuddler. She loves belly rubs and begs for them just like your dog. Roo is a snuggler on her terms (especially if she wants my seat), and Autumn does enjoy it when I take a nap because then she gets to press up against me.

@PurplePeony: We have a "cat in the lap rule" in our house. If one of us has the cat in our lap, the other has to help out if we need a drink or something. You never have to move if you have the cat in your lap.

Yes times a million!! She also steals seats, pillows, and anything soft. She is either moving a hundred miles an hour or sleeping.She's ridic.

Ours LOVE to cuddle. I get sad when I meet other people's pets who don't like to cuddle. I feel like they are totally missing out!

Our guy is a toooootal cuddler and always has to be touching DH or me while we sleep (yes, he sleeps in the bed...for shame!). In fact, he's wrapped up in a blanket next to me right now!
@runnerd: We have a doxie mix and he LOVES to burrow, too! We even bought him a special burrow bag for $40 and of course he doesn't use THAT! LOL.

Our female is and our male isn't. They are the same age, from the same liter, and we got them at the same time, but in some ways are SO different.
Our cuddling female is like a little baby. We LOVES to be held and even worn in a carrier and I wake up almost daily with her cuddled under my arms and her head on the pillow.

We have cats.... I feel like that answers the question. Haha. They only snuggle when they want to and heaven help you if you dont feel like snuggling at the same time. Both our boys can be very sweet and snuggly if they try.
I miss dog snuggles.
