I don't have a LO yet, but I'm really sure that crying will upset my dog lol. My dog is really empathetic, and if anyone in the house feels upset/sad/angry he is upset too.

Our lab is really freaked out by full-on crying! She doesn't mind just general fussing, but if LO is hysterical, the dog starts shaking and panting. She has the same reaction to thunder. Luckily, it doesn't happen very often.

It doesn't upset our dog, she actually shows concern and will go to the baby and lay next to her.

they use to run away when she cries, our cat walks away but sometimes our dog will stay really close to LO when she cries. She usually tells us when LO is up and will come outside of the room and inform us.

My great dane will run outside as fast as he can, regardless if he knocks her down in the process. My other dog just looks at her like she's crazy.

That's really sweet! My dogs weren't around when DS was little, but the cats pretty much ignore him when he's in one of his meltdowns.

Our cat has a particular behavior she does when she wants you to follow her somewhere, and every time DH is alone with LO and LO starts crying, our cat RUNS to me and “leads” me to DH and the baby. LOL, apparently kitty thinks mamas fix all baby crying and papa doesn’t know what he’s doing
If I’m with LO and she cries, the cat comes running over and meows at me like “do somethinggggggggggggggggg!!!!” and tries to cat-hug and rub against LO to comfort her.

Of LO is crying and I don't go comfort her quickly enough the dog will go sit next to her and bark at me as if to say "ummmmm mom, she's crying! Can you do something about this please?!?"

Not annoyed, but stressed!
Our dog is on us like glue when LO is crying!

Nope, she doesn't even bat an eye. If it gets really bad she'll get up and check to make sure he's ok.

One of my cats will stand up and peek into the pack and play. If its nighttime, the other one's sleeping area is on top of the dresser at the foot of the bed, next to the changing table-if she cries too much, he'll saunter out of the room! Otherwise they are pretty indifferent
