DH sucks! I texted him at 1pm and he still hasn't gotten back to me, 2.5 hours later. It's really common.

Umm sometimes he sucks at it. However, if I have a lot to say I just keep texting so sometimes he has several messages from me piling up haha. I like to get my thoughts out as I'm thinking them

Yes and no. He can't really check his phone at work. If it's really important I need to call. But if he's on his lunch break or something he'll respond right away.

Sometimes he is good and other times be just never responds. He is best if I'm asking a question.

He's gotten better now that he knows It sends the read receipts. I will hound him and text "I know you received my text because it says you read it at x time!" So, once he got tired of me harassing him, he got better at responding!

It drives me nuts!!!! Hours and hours of not looking at his phone? How is this possible?

He's actually really good about it unless he's in a meeting or golfing... lol!

I don't think Hubs even knows how to text. But we don't have texting plans so I RARELY text him anyway!

He's very prompt. I'm the one that sucks and forgets to check my phone for hours at a time and then he gets on to me. Oops!!

Like @lovehoneybee:, if the hubby isn't tied up with something, he's great at returning texts.

He's really good about it. At his last job he really couldn't text back so I'd go hours without response but now he gets back to me pretty promptly.

We both work at our computers, so unless either of us are in a meeting, we're really good at getting back right away.

He's horrible! He can't take his phone into work so I never text him in the day. But he is very well known for glancing at a text and putting his phone back in his pocket. All his friends reach him through me. So annoying!

No, terrible. But, he works in a job where he really can't return texts. But magically anytime a friend texts him he texts them right back...hmmmmmm.

Usually he is good but he keeps his phone in his pocket so with his vibrating being sucky recently he hasn't been noticing texts.

He's generally good about it unless he doesn't have decent cell service. He's terrible about checking voicemail though.

Most of the time it takes forever. Even though I get he's busy at work...what if it were important? Lol what did they do without text messaging back in the day?!

Not when he's at work, otherwise, for the most part. But I can usually call his office, or catch him on gchat, and get a response pretty quickly.

He's really good about it. He's one of those people who gets annoyed when other people dont respod to his messages (esp emails) right away

If his phone is charged/not on silent, he's great about it. But more often than not, he forgets to turn his phone on sound when he's done with work (or charge it). It's not unusal for him to not return a text for DAYS. He's just not a techy person lol.

He's pretty good, unlike me where I read the text, tell myself I'll respond soon and most people end up getting a reply the next day or not at all. I just get sidetracked! Unless it's super duper important of course.

He's really good. He usually always picks up his phone too. I'm the bad one. I either forget my phone at home or it's out of battery. I'm horrible!

Usually good, but not today! I texted him 8:30 this morning asking a question... it's almost 4 and he still hasn't responded. grrrrrr
