I'm not really into sports and neither is DH. I kind of lucked out there because I don't have to watch sports on the weekends (except for the Super Bowl). He does enjoy playing tennis and watching an occasional game.

he's not really into watching sports so much, but we do go to watch BIL's football games sometimes. DH was a wrestling coach, does body building competitions, and played a lot of sports when he was in school- so he's into sports, more as a participant than an observer though.

Hubby LOVES tennis. Its the one sport he's "forcing" our future kiddos to learn. He enjoys watching basketball and (American) football.

YES! He is obsessed with the Minnesota Vikings. His whole family is. He has like 20 jerseys and a ton of hats. And he tries to miss church every sunday to watch the games lol. We went to several games last year and even I got into it. I hate all sports!! But now I find myself wearing my gameday spandex suit and glittering my whole freaking face up!

Yes! He's really into football (college and NFL), baseball, and basketball. Luckily I am too.

Yup. He's a former pro athlete so he loves to play and watch all kinds of sports. But he has zero interest in fantasy leagues l. Every year I tell him to join my brother's fantasy football league and his answer is "I've lived it... I don't need the fantasy"

I thought i was the only one. SO is obssessed with any sport and his knowledge of sports trivia, even sports he doesnt care for is mind boggling.

Tennis, baseball, football, cycling, boxing, basketball, soccer....he's hands down the biggest sports nut in the universe. MLB network, nfl Sunday ticket and sport center are always on in our house! Thank goodness I grew up in a sports crazed family too

@highwire: so this is so weird. The hubs 2 fave football teams? 49ers (of course!) aaand....the cowboys. Since he was like 5 years old. It is SO wrong but SO true!

We are equally into sports! DH is a university hockey coach, though no longer plays (no time!). We play one sport together (ultimate frisbee), he loves to golf, I love to ride horses.

We both watch a LOT of NHL hockey, and college football, and college basketball, and since he's in a phys ed teacher, and coach of every other sport at his school, sports are pretty much his life!

Hubs played baseball from the time he was about 10! He played through college and now talks about maybe helping coach our kiddos in little league someday.
He is a big A's fan, love the Dallas Cowboys, and thinks that the Lakers are great. We get our tv through the internet, so he doesn't get to watch a lot of games unless we are at his parents', but we go to at least 1 A's game a year since they are local.

Nope, he doesn't spend hours watching sports so that is good. He'll always watch the finals if New York is in it though, lol.
