DS is still in the crib at 16m. We will probably move him out around 24m.
DD was in the crib until 24m at which time we took the side off and made it into a toddler bed. She moved into a twin bed at 26m because we wanted to use the crib for DS (born when DD was 29m) and didn't want there to be any jealousy. When we switched her to the toddler we told he she wasn't allowed to get out of bed unless either me or DH said it was alright, she didn't have any problem and would yell for us when she wakes up even today.

We're in a similar boat as @mrskc: F's sleep has always been spotty, so we started him on a floor bed around 15 months. He's rolled off a few times (but just keeps on sleeping) and we sit next to his bed until he falls asleep so he doesn't start playing. When he wakes up, he cries for us and hasn't played with anything yet. It's been way better than our previous routine (hold him till he falls asleep, transfer him like a bomb into the crib, break our backs trying to get him back to sleep if he wakes up).

LO is 18 months and is still in a crib. LO #2 is making her arrival late March. The plan is to keep her in my room until 5-6 mo in an Arms Reach Cosleeper and then I will transition her to a crib, like I did with DS. He will be a little over 2 yo then so I'm hoping he will be ready to transition out of the crib at that point. I haven't even considered doing it now!
