I'm ready for the day to be over. Mondays are hard after a fun weekend. Plus I don't have a lot going on, which sometimes I love, but today it means my day is going to creep.

@LBee: I hate days like that, I think it's easier to be super busy so that the day flies by. Hopefully your day doesn't go by too slow!

I, too, wish the work day were over already! I found something last week that got stuck under some papers on my desk and it had a deadline. So, I will be getting that done today. So glad I found it! It's also the last week of work for me before xmas, which is very exciting.

I've never been so happy to see a Monday morning. I put 100 miles on my car driving back and forth to work this weekend.

I have 6.5 days of work left until I'm off until January 5th, not that I'm counting or anything.... it's seriously the only thing that's keeping me going right now! We have three mandatory company Christmas parties this week, which I'm not looking forward to at all. And on top of that everyone is super stressed out because we have a lot to squeeze in these final days, and we're waiting for news of a buyout, which will mean some major layoffs.
I'm waiting for the Christmas spirit to kick in!

@alohaorchid: 3 mandatory xmas parties!? How do you make something like a christmas party mandatory? haha We had our company christmas party on thursday.... It was dinner and it lasted all of 2 hours. We are so exciting over here.
I'm off until January 2! I wish the 5th, but alas, not enough holiday time.

Started out with nerves for me. R got tubes but now we are home and she is acting totally normal. Reading her books and running around like crazy.

@.twist.: I know! I'm so annoyed by it all and every party has a gift exchange so it's money I don't want to spend and will result in a gift I don't want. Ugh. At least the 2nd is only one day! We're closed until the 5th but one of the members on our team annoyed our boss and he's making her come in on the 2nd and work!

Feeling a little stressed because I have a TON to get done this week at work (although it's to prepare for being out of town next week, so that makes it feel a little better

I'm super tired from running around all weekend, but very excited that my personal day for the 22nd was approved. Now we can travel to my family for Christmas over the weekend instead of having to wait and go on the 23rd. Yay!!!
