My kids called me daddy for so long! But especially with my son, now it's "dad" this and "dad" that, and daddy is on the way out. The kids will still say daddy during bedtime, but during the day... it's mostly "dad."

I still call my dad "daddy!" But my siblings (13 and 15) don't. 
I hope LO uses mommy and daddy for a while.

I'll be sad when that day comes! A calls me mommy. E just tells towards me when she wants something.

Neither of my kids say mama! They're 11 months old and they can say dada, duck, dog, ball, and dat (that). But no mama. Sometimes they call me dog.

Both call me mumma. I hope they do forever! DD calls DH daddy and DS calls him dada.

Mummy. She does call DH Dad instead of Daddy sometimes, but he quite likes it.

Awwww... DH was sad when it went from "dada" to "daddy"! So not ready for "dad" or "mom"...

LO occasionally calls me "mom" but I've been trying to encourage "mama" instead!!!

Awww. The kids still call us mommy/mama and daddy. I do notice mom slipping in there more from my oldest. I never hear her say dad though.

This is so sad! Logan doesn't call me anything yet, but Xander still calls me "Mama". Or... more recently he'll just call me by my first name!

I don't have any LO's yet, but I still call my dad, "Daddy." I call my mom, "Mama." I think it may be a southern thing though.

@twodoghouse: DS doesn't say mama either - he's 10.5 months and says dada, dog, ball, kitty, book and a few others but no mama. Some times he calls me dada...

My nearly 3 year old has slipped a few "moms" in there with her usual "mommy" recently. I hope she doesn't make the switch soon, I'll be so said. I was really disappointed when she stopped calling me "mamai" (I always thought it sounded like "my mommy").
My nearly 1 year old is just starting to say mommy. But more often than not she calls me "mum" (her word for milk). Sigh.

My 2 year old says mama, mommy, mom, dada, daddy and dad. Mom/dad because Daniel Tiger says it.

I still call my mom "mommy"!
LO calls me Mama, Mommy, and Mimi depending on what he wants or what mood she's in. She calls DH Daddy or Didi.

At least they aren't calling you by your first names. Me and my cousins went through a phase (a long phase) where we addressed our parents by their first names (and this is when we were all very young).

Jaren calls me mommy, but more often than not, he calls me daddy!
