I know it's Shrove Tuesday, but in England, that's Pancake Day! Yay! I'm doing weight watchers so will have to use my entire nursing mum exra points for this treat. Our pancakes are more like crepes, but I might have an American one for fun.
My favourite filling is ice cream, chocolate sauce and chopped bananas - THE best ever.

We always do this in my family! I'm going in to have our baby on Thursday so I'm trying to to eat too much! Instead of going out I'm going to just make a few pancakes and eggs at home. We just like regular old pancakes with butter and syrup!

i dont think i will be having pancakes today but i do LOVE pancakes and crepes! i used love going to IHOP in the states and getting crepes with nutella mmmm. when we make them at home, we put fruit like bananas and blueberries in the mix with cinnamon.
