Alone; because DH was beat from work and went to bed early.

I just finished cleaning up the kitchen. Both children are asleep (for now...M will be back awake in a bit) and DH went out to get groceries. I think he'll be back pretty soon.

I took a pretty bad tumble down the stairs earlier, so I'm relaxing on the couch.
GS cookies are deeeelicious cold. I always put mine in the freezer.

Wondering if I should wake LO. We had a long day with her cousins & she only took two 30 minute naps today...her last nap started at 530 & it is now 730. I don't want her to wake at 10 & want to play nor do I want her to get up for the day at 530...plus she needs a diaper change. Oh decisions!

Drinking some Lipton, writing, and doing some online reading. We had a long day of cleaning the apartment and visiting with a friend. DH and LO are asleep.
I wish I had some booze to drink. Well, we have a big thing of vodka in the kitchen but nothing to mix it with. (And it's from our wedding 5 years ago. Does vodka go bad?)

@locavore_mama: Girl Scout cookies are best paired with vanilla ice cream. So are rice crispy treats.

I made some cookies earlier and now I'm just sitting with the windows open listening to the live music playing at the bar down the street while pursuing HB!
Sad thing is I don't even want the cookies because I ate so much of the raw dough...whoops...

I am assessing my house which looks a tornado hit it after returning from vacation...
My only consolation is that I have a tub of Ben and Jerry's "karamel sutra" core ice cream in my Freezer that is MINE
As soon as the little people go to bed!!!

@swedishfish: @locavore_mama: nothing's broken, thankfully. I'm pretty bruised, bruised ribs and sprained ankle and wrist. I'm lucky I live in CA where we have to secure furniture to the walls- I crashed into a book case. So dumb.

I've been finalizing vacation stuff and transferring money into retirement accounts while DH plays his ps3. Fun times over here! We're about to return some things to Redbox so I decided to go to the one at McDonalds so I can get some fries. We're going to come home and play the Lego Movie video game together.

My husband's working a double and my daughter is at a friend's house, so I ordered Chinese takeout, put the little one to bed, and I'm catching up on my dvr. Perfection.

@locavore_mama: I love the frozen pepperidge farms cakes, this one has crushed milanos on top. You can get it near the frozen pies and you just thaw and eat.

Laying down. I weeded all day and I'm pretty positive I pulled a muscle
plus the BH contractions are out.of.control. My mom came over to help out and now she's giving LO's a bath (6pm my time).
