@Shutterbug: That's great news! So similar to me. I had eight fertilize and all eight made it to Day 5 and we transferred the two best ones. Good luck!!!!

@Jenn23: Yup, I had those checked. My AMH was 1.35 two years ago, but has been creeping up into the normal range (i think its in the 2 ish range now) the last two times it was tested. RE said usually it goes down over time. All of my other tests look fine.

@bluestriped bee: it sounds like the new RE is a.better fit all around! What's the point of having multiple doctors in a practice if they won't cover for each other? Especially with IVF, flexibility on everyone's part is key. Maybe April's good news will be a diagnosis that finally makes sense!
@Shutterbug: that's great news!

@bluestriped bee: Oh, that's right...I forgot with PCOS the number would be higher, not lower. I'm glad all of your tests have been good. I bet this new RE will be just the ticket!

Here's my update... We just transferred two blastocysts! I think the embryologist called them stage 4 and expanded. I'm a little nervous they'll both stick, but seriously after 2 years I'll take it! Here they are

@tequiero21: haha I knew you'd be rooting for twins My dad is a twin, so if my 4'8", 40 year old (at the time of her twin pregnancy) Nana can do it, so can I
@Mrs.Someone: I won't know until tomorrow. The embryologist said there were a couple that looked like they could make it, but I had none last time, so I'm not holding out too much hope.

@Shutterbug: can't say it's easy, but it's a lot easier when u haven't raised another kid previously. Cuz u just don't know any better haha. U can do it. If I can do it, literally, anyone can!

Hi ladies, I'm officially joining this thread! Just got back from meeting with our RE and we are all set to start IVF in the next few months! We just have a few things to take care of (Husband's sample, I have to have another hysteroscopy to make sure all is clear in order to participate in this IVF study) and then we should be ready to start! My husband is away the first week and last week of May so we may have to wait until June to get started. I'm so excited and hopeful! Ahhh! So excited!

@Jenn23: That's awesome! So you guys decided to do the study? (I was lurking on the other thread!) If you don't mind sharing, what's your diagnosis for doing IFV?
