The nurse just called me and was actually really positive! She said that I am doing "GREAT" (it was so nice to finally get some positive feedback)! She said she expects that I will trigger on Wednesday and go in for my retrieval on Friday. I have another ultrasound tomorrow morning. She wants me to continue with my current medication doses for now. Thanks for all the well wishes!

One hurdle passed - my progesterone went from 3.7 on Friday to 18.7 today (my RE likes it around 20). I will stay on the Endometrin inserts AND the PIO injections for the time being. My hCG went from 1,038 on Friday to 3,349 today.

I had another follicle scan this morning. They definitely grew a little bit more! Here's what I had:
Right:
1 - 16.5 mm
1- 16 mm
1- 15 mm
1 - 13 mm
1 - 11 mm
Left:
1 - 18 mm
1 - 15.5 mm
3 - 15 mm
2 -14 mm
Yesterday they thought I might trigger tomorrow. I should know the plan this afternoon!! I am nervous but so excited at the same time!

Alright so the nurse called yesterday afternoon and said I was almost there but not quite ready yet. I continued with the Gonal-f and Menopur last night, and the Gonal-f, Menopur and Lupron this morning.
I had my follicle scan at 7:00 and here's where I am:
Right Side:
1 -19mm
1 - 18.6mm
1 - 18mm
1 - 13mm
1 - 10mm
Left Side:
1 - 20mm
1 - 19mm
2 - 17mm
2 - 14mm
1 - 12mm
1 - 10mm
I am really hoping I get to trigger soon!!!

@Sunshine1810: I would bet $$ that tonight will be trigger time!! I think 18-20mm is the golden #, and since you have 5(!!) in that range, it's go time. Good luck and let us know once you hear!
ETA: looked back at my chart... here's what I had on the day of my trigger:
1 - 20mm
1 - 19mm
3 - 17mm
5 - 15mm
2 - 14mm
3 - 13mm
3 - 12mmI ended up with 19 eggs retrieved 2 days later.

@Jenn23: Knowing the nurse she probably won't call me until the end of the day. I hope she will call me earlier (she has called around 2:30 before), but I am not holding my breath. I am really excited, but I will be more excited once I get the call!!

Well I trigger in 2 hours!! I'm all set for retrieval on Friday at 9:00am!
The nurse said how great I was doing but of course couldn't leave it at that. She went into how poor my response was at first (before my dose changed) and how I rallied. I wish she just left it as I was doing well!!

I hope your egg retrieval is extremely easy on you! (I've had the Propofol, Fentanyl, Versed combo in the past and handled it without any difficulty whatsoever...hope it's the same for you!) How are you feeling in general? Lots of and wishing you !!!
