Oh, here's at least a fun and sort of positive update... O this month will be right around my husband's bday. So that will at least make it extra fun to BD a lot.

    Onward and upward!

@bizwitch: hahah I should just assume all are poas no matter where we even are in our cycles.

My app says I O tomorrow but the past few months I've been Oing the day after my app predicts ( based on opks). I'll take one this afternoon just in case. DTD last night. Wondering f we should try for every day or every other... thoughts?

I just went to the bathroom and have a ton of EWCM which is a total surprise. Guess I'll be using an OPK as soon as I get home today. Hopefully I can find a time to actually see my husband before Saturday if it's positive!

Flow is increasing. Let's just call this CD1 then... starting over...

    Cycle Day: 1
    TTC Cycle: 21
    Ovulation Date: 1/16ish
POAS Date: 1/30ish (maybe earlier if doc thinks it's worth it b/c of Clomid)
    Baby #: 1
What's up this month: Starting Clomid. Probably going to try charting/OPKs again since my hands-off approach the last several months clearly is not working. It's just hard to remember to get into the habit of temping every morning. And I've also never gotten a positive OPK yet, but maybe I'll try twice a day this cycle.

    @Synchronicity: thank you!

I am trying to decide if I should wait and see if AF shows up tomorrow or go ahead and test first thing in the morning. I'm still feeling hopeful at this point, but really would rather just see AF than a BFN!

This board moves fast! I have been reading and following but it's hard to keep up! Just know I am rooting for everyone and thinking of you all.
As for me, headed into the time to get busy! Lol. It's a bit tough to be putting the moves on my husband as often as we should be dtd! Schedules are so different with a two year old and the sleepiness of our daily routine. Just trying not to stress, have fun with in, and enjoy ourselves when we can.

    @jhd: do it for us!

@junebugsmama: I can only imagine how creative you guys must have to get to get some BDing done!

@dc yoga bee: Ugh super frustrated for you!

I did another wondfo with barely a 1 hour hold and drinking water while at the gym and didn't really see anything. I couldn't help it, I had to pee on something. I'm gonna try another wondfo tomorrow morning or an FRER. I fear I'm gonna be one of those who gets evap on those cheapie

@mrskansas: I am so bad at checking my CM. I don't know how to characterize them half the time. But good luck with DTD. Get it, girl!

  13. knittylady

@mrskansas: I had some ewcm too! Negative opk still... I usually get a positive opk two days after I see ewcm.

@knittylady: I did an OPK tonight and barely saw a 2nd line so hopefully that is the case for me too! Ugh come on egg!!

@madisonbee: I read that the best time to take a pregnancy test was afternoon/evening (of course, now that I am actually trying to find the link, I can't find it). So you might want to try again later on tonight (on a wondfo), just don't drink too much water! FX for you!

Ugh, you guys, I think that wondfo was a bust. Stark white BFNs on another wondfo and FRER with FMU. I'm trying not to get down about it, but I thought this could've been it. I'll give it a few more days and then take my Provera.

  17. knittylady

    pomegranate / 3212 posts

@madisonbee: I got a faint but there line last month at around 9 DPO and then nothing... I was wondering if it was another CP or an evap...

That's all to say, no advice, just commiseration.

@knittylady: CP, evap, cruel trick....they all suck. I actually stayed home from work today because I just couldn't. I got a little too emotional last night and cried myself to sleep and just woke up even sadder.

@mrskansas: I thought so too! Ugh, I got WAY too excited about it.

@madisonbee: This whole process is shitty. I'm right there with you on feeling down though; I have no idea what my body is doing and now I'm just in limbo and really just want to get my period in the next few days to start over.

  23. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

@mrskansas: No kidding. I knew going into this that it wouldn't be instant or magic, but I didn't expect how emotionally draining it can be. It really messes with you. I apologized to my friend the other day for whatever insensitive comments or questions about when she was gonna have a baby. Her child just turned one but they were trying for SIX years!

I was just so elated to actually catch that I was ovulating and truly felt like I had implantation cramps last Thursday. It was so apparent I had to lay down a certain way in bed to try and calm it down.

I'm gonna take my Provera on Sunday if I continue to get BFNs the next few days.

  24. mrskansas

    nectarine / 2813 posts

@madisonbee: Yeah TTC can feel like getting kicked in the teeth over and over. You're in good company though.
Let's hope that February is the month for both of us!

@mrskansas: Your POAS date hasn't passed yet, lady! I hope THIS is your month!

  26. mrskansas

    nectarine / 2813 posts

@madisonbee: Well I really don't think I ovulated and I have no signs of it coming. My cycle is probably really screwed up from the miscarriage so who knows! I'm just going to stop paying attention and see what happens

  27. knittylady

@madisonbee: I'm so so sorry. I think it's good to take the time you need today fwiw. Be kind to yourself. This is the pits.

  28. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

@mrskansas: Oh., that's right, we were talking about that! Were you still gonna keep doing the OPKs?

@knittylady: Thank you. I just knew I couldn't handle work today, especially since I work with pediatrics.

I did send a message to my OB giving her an update on what happened in the last couple weeks. I'm curious to see what she says.

  29. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

Btw, if this was a chemical pregnancy and not an evap, should I be expecting to have AF or some kind of bleeding soon?

  30. knittylady

    pomegranate / 3212 posts

@mrskansas: I'd definitely keep up with the opk's, especially since you saw ewcm. Pee on all the things!

  31. knittylady

    pomegranate / 3212 posts

@madisonbee: So this happened to me last cycle and I had AF as usual. And again, you know I'm not sure if it was a CP or evap, but yeah. AF came as my app predicted. Cramps were intense, but that also can be normal for me depending on the month.

  32. mrskansas

    nectarine / 2813 posts

@knittylady: the EWCM lasted maybe an hour and then completely dried up. I have nothing going on down there now (lol). I'm hoping I'm only a few days away from ovulation but I really have no idea.

  33. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

@knittylady: Ugh, the waiting is torture. This sucks.

What's worse is I've had two dreams this week that I'm taking HPTs and they're all positive and I'm setting things up to surprise DH about it. It just felt so real. It's so heartbreaking.

  34. knittylady

    pomegranate / 3212 posts

    @madisonbee:

I have a way too much information question... brace yourselves....

How do you tell the difference between EWCM and leftover, um, baby making ingredients from DTD the night before?

OK, I'll be hiding under a rock if you need me.

  35. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

@knittylady: Totally not TMI, I've wondered that too. Sometimes I've even smelled it because DH has a strong bitter scent to his .... um.... juice? **runs away***

  36. mrskansas

    nectarine / 2813 posts

@knittylady: Semen is creamier/cloudier in color and won't stretch. It will also leave your body in a few hours where EWCM will stay constantly.
There is no TMI in TTC!

@jhd: @bizwitch: Thank you. I'm letting myself be sad about it and cry. I was trying to stay positive for a while but it broke me down.

I'm really glad this place exists. You ladies have NO idea how much I value your thoughts, support, and well wishes to me and to each other.
