We just got back from overseas and my little one has the worst jetlag! I thought that since she didn't really sleep our last night (only got 3 hrs on the plane from midnight-3am Tokyo time) that once we got on the ground at home, she would continue sleeping but I was completely wrong. She slept an additional 2 hrs when we got home.
We put her to bed around 7pm pacific time and she woke up at 11pm and is wide awake and wants to play. I guess in Tokyo it is now the middle of the day
Any tips for dealing with jetlag or a toddler who is waking up in the middle of the night?
