I think we have the same jumperoo, judging based off the sound. I think you should leave it and raise it when she hits the next growth spurt, because it's low enough for her to reach the ground and get some good bounce.

@BabyBoecksMom: I thought it was perfect at first but she kind of lifts it up when both her feet are on the ground. Is it supposed to be like that? I've never seen it actually used before.

I always kept it so that his feet weren't flat, but a little bit between flat and tiptoes.

I think you're supposed to set it so that they can't stand flatfooted, but on their tiptoes.
