Lol I just make my husband cook now. at 3 mo my lo couldn't have sat up in a high chair and would've been bored left in a bouncer for more than 5 min. But all babies are different.

Do you have a rock and play? It practically lived in my kitchen! DD was perfectly happy and content in there - plus I wanted her up off the ground since we have dog.

Bouncer

It took until about 4 months, but our baby loves his bumbo now (well, his bebePod). It's so small and portable, that it might be worth just dragging in the swing for the next few weeks and then transitioning to a bumbo seat instead of getting another more bulky or expensive baby item.

@babybean404: the attachment is just the cheap Tiny Love bar that attaches to anything.

We love the bouncy. we got it used but they hold up SO well. He can actually bounce it himself versus other bouncers that you have to push for them.

@babybean404: if you wanted I'm sure the Tiny Love bar would clip to a RNp but like you said it lays pretty flat.

When LO had enough neck strength the jumperoo entertained her while I made dinner. I think at 4 months is when we started using it.

We didn't have a rock and play or a bouncer, so we needed something.

I used the high chair around then. We have a fisher price space saver that attaches to one of our regular chairs. It reclines for an infant and was easy to move around as needed.
