Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a replacement part for kidkraft uptown kitchen by chance. The dishwasher door broke on ours from the hinge and can’t be fixed because some of the wood ripped off. I tried ordering from kidkrafts website but it’s stating the part is not in stock. Thanks!

This exact thing happened to our KidCraft kitchen (a different model) as well; I refused to pay the crazy shipping (I want to say the door was about $5-$8, and shipping was nearly $20) -
DH insists that we can fix the door (it will just have a small corner missing) by buying a longer bolt to replace the current one and drilling it in a little further/wood gluing it so it holds. If your part is out of stock, you might be able to hack it in some way like this. We haven't done it yet, but I'll message you on how it worked out when we do!

Look into mending plates from a hardware/big box store. Lots of different sizes and finishes. Use them around where the wood is broken away to reattach it.
