Hellobee Boards

I've been to a handful of ladies nights and some of the things they've done have been really fun... some examples:
-an artist drew "sketches" of each woman standing in an elegant pose (the artist stretched our limbs and made us all look long and thin.. probably helped!! LOL) and we obvi took the print home
-a tea mixing station, they had a local tea company come and they showed us how to mix tea bags
-a writer had taken all of our first names and wrote a poem using the letters, it was on a small piece of paper written in pretty calligraphy
-another time they brought in a pretzel maker and we learned how to roll and twist soft pretzels
-they did an olive oil tasting.. sounds odd but it was really fun...

Seems that some type of activity is always well received.

Then the goody bags would have a few things themed after the "activity".

Similar to what has already been suggested but having someone come in to do one of those guided painting classes so everyone could take home their completed canvas. I agree that having an activity of some kind would be good.

Maybe having a theme for dress (ie black and white, ladies in red) the one I went to most recently was “a night in Paris” and I’ve also been to one wheee the dress was “enchanted forest”

A picture wall! I’ve been to a few with cool backdrops to take photos at. One really cool one had a angel wing backdrop to pose in front of.

Other than that I think just having a great DJ, and a great MC can make or break it.
