dh are telling my dad tomorrow night over dinner at our place that we are preggers!
i am 6wk today and have 2 pics from RE appt today so wanted to do something with those but not sure what.. obv too late to order anything at this point.. any ideas?

i love the idea of framing the pic and leaving it out!! dh and i are not types to sit down and seriously tell them -- i think i'd awkwardly start laughing or crying.. just gotta figure out where to put it... hmm

I like leaving the framed picture out. But I would also have a back-up plan in case he doesn't notice it. I would wrap the other picture like @2PeasinaPod: suggested and put a tag on it that says "grandpa".

We got my grandpa a frame that said "I love my great-grandpa!" I'm sure you could find something that says "Grandpa" at Hallmark.
