Seriously think it multiples over night. I do way too many loads a week (2 per day) and I air dry Lo's clothes so it takes forever to get all the folding done. I think I'll ask for a larger washing machine set for my birthday.
* ETA ~ There are 5 of us in the house.

I voted 7-9 but some weeks it might be more eg when we change the bed linen or wash the bath mats. Today, DH did 5 loads to catch up and there is still a machines worth in the basket!!

I do about 6 loads - 2 bedding, 1 towels and 3 clothes for the 3 of us. I know it will be way more once #2 gets here.

I have no idea how many loads I do b/c I'm not on a regular schedule. I just do mine and my husband does his one--no babies for us yet! I don't mind washing, but the folding and putting away is a bummer.

When it was just DH and me, we had 2-3 loads per week. Now it's more like 4 or 5.

I do laundry 1-2x a month - that wasn't an option on the poll.
We live in an apartment and have community laundry that costs money, so we can't afford to do it weekly. I usually do 3-4 loads at one time, once a month (one for DH, one for me, one for LO and one for towels).

Not including diapers, I do two loads, every other day. I try to wash diapers everyday just in case something happens & I can't wash the next day but we would be fine washing them every other as well.

I do a ton and there are just three of us. A typical week is:
- towels
- casual clothes (jeans)
- work clothes
- toddler clothes
And then usually some other random load or two.

Probably four, maybe 5. Diapers twice a week, sometimes 3 times. I do mine once a week, DH does his every other maybe, and then towels (kitchen and bath) probably every 10 days.

I'm guessing 7-9 for a family of three. It used to be less, but cloth diapering has added a few extra loads a week.

We usually do 2-3 loads a week with just DH and I. I usually just do a colors and a whites load, but sometimes we need a second load of colors done depending on if there's towels, etc. I have done like 5 loads this week though washing baby stuff.
I don't know even want to predict how much laundry I'll do when LO gets here...we will cloth diaper at some point so I'm sure it will be more than 5 loads/week!

4-6 and its just DH and I. His laundry = 3 loads. Mine is 1. Then if I have enough towels = one load and two more if I'm changing the bedding. But the average weekend is 5 loads. (oh, I only do laundry on the weekends because its cheaper for my electric bill).

For my family of 3 I do about 7 loads a week, taht's including sheets and towels. I swear we have an extra person sneaking in laundry because I have a high capacity washer/dryer! ya

at least 6 for our family of four. the kids' sheets/blankets from school have to be washed every week, then our linens, our towels, bath mats, and clothes for all of us.... easily 6.

We have a new high capacity washer/dryer and I am down to three loads a week for clothing, plus one each for towels and sheets...which is a huge improvement over our previous load count.

I'd say that I do 3-4 loads per week. I usually do laundry on Wednesday while working from home. When LO was an infant, it felt like I washed his A&A blankets every few days. Now, I have enough pants, tops, and sleepers for him for a week's worth of wear.
