I washed a new pink shirt accidentally with my favorite sweatshirt that has white accents on it and parts of the white got dyed pink! 
is it a lost cause? I'm so mad!

Have you dried it yet? Soak in oxiclean and rewash---throw in one of the shout dye catchers.

Oh noooo! Yeah I don't know any tricks and would try exactly what @Jennimac said.

If the oxyclean doesn't work, try using a bleach pen on the white elements and then rewash it. Whatever you do, don't dry it as the heat from the dryer sets in colors and makes it much harder to remove. Also, RIT makes a box of color lifter than could work. I don't know how it would affect the other parts of the clothes though.

@Jennimac: Just reporting back.....bought some oxyclean and soaked for a couple of hours and VOILA! like magic my sweatshirt is back to normal! I then washed it again. THANK YOU for the great advice!
