My OB said I shouldn't resume yoga or any exercise until my bleeding has completely stopped for at least 24 hours. So, just wondering.... when did yours?
And if you want to get more specific, you could comment with how long you were wearing pads vs. pantiliners, etc; and any factors that influenced this (obviously I assume more tearing=more time bleeding).

I also have to go for bloodwork and meet with a hematologist at 4 weeks PP.
