What do you ask for?
A raise? More time off? Something else?

Nothing cause they don't do anything for anniversaries. If I am here 15 years (shoot me) I would get another week of vacation.

@Mamaof2: they don't do anything here either but I always push for it and this year I'm pushing b/c at 5 years (per the manual) you get another week of PTO. I was thinking it's 5 years later, why not ask for another week? -

We get nothing for 5 or 10 but I'd always ask for more PTO. Paid time away from work, heck yes.

Nothing. We get yearly raises and time off is laid out on day one. You get 5 addl days at 10 yrs and then another 5 at 20 yrs... NOTHING For 15 yrs (which I just hit)
ETA but if I was asking, I'd ask for a raise and more time off!

Although every 5 years, they give you a catalog and you can pick a gift. I got a bracelet for my 5 year anniversary. Not sure what's in the catalog for the 10 year anniversary, but I'll find out in a year.

@Adira: my dad used to get that when we were kids. His 15 year gift was a Grandfather clock!!! Another year it was a set of Waterford glasses. Um. Yeah.

I hit mine this year, but I'm a teacher, so no one noticed, no raise (minus the annual tiny bump up on the pay scale).

Nothing.
I don't think rewards are earned for doing time. What takes some people 5 years to accomplish, others may accomplish in only 2 or 3 years. I think rewards should be based on achievements not hitting an arbitrary milestone.

@Adira: @mediagirl: We have some pretty decent things to pick from - Dyson bladeless fan, Cole Haan bags, etc. But of course, you could always choose the company logo pin or pendant with a diamond in it

We get additional PTO at 5 years, but I totally ask for a pay raise if you haven't gotten one in awhile or more PTO if you get an insufficient amount now.

They do a service recognition program here, so we also get to choose something from a catalog every 5 years. We also get an extra week of vacation every few years. I'm at the maximum vacation level with being at my company for 12 years.

You get a couple more days vacation here, a company pin, and a dessert tray at one of your meetings, where the manager gives you a "hooray you've been here 10 years" certificate.

Hit mine this year, got an extra week of vacation (woot woot) and a gift card for a couple hundred dollars. Used to be a catalog to choose from but they switched to gift cards.
Classy...
