Ok, I'm back with photos. My doctors were never concerned about it because my blood pressure was always good. I drank tons of water and watched salt, but it didn't do much.

around 28 weeks, in the morning, some mild swelling...

towards the end, probably 34 weeks? they were always swollen, from am to pm. So painful!

Post-partum

@78h2o: That was very similar to my swelling. It was almost all in my legs. I didn't get the puffy face or arms, but man oh man, did my feet turn into big ole pillows. They ached constantly from about 34 weeks until the end. Awful.
