Which would you choose and why?
They're about the same price over here and appear to do the same kind of thing. I'm planning to wear baby #2 a lot as I will have a toddler to see to as well.
Advice and ideas welcome

I don't have an Ergo 360, but did have a classic Ergo. The lumbar support on a lillebaby (which I just got several months ago) is UNBELIEVABLE. Seriously. I sold my Ergo because I realistically was never going to use it again, ha!

Classic Ergo wearer here! We loved it, it was safe and comfortable, gave her great neck strength... and was the only way she would sleep (!)

I love me Lille! The lumbar support is great. It's so comfortable to wear.

I really dislike my Ergo, and would love something else, so I vote Lille on that alone.

Ooooh, Lille is winning! I hadn't even considered other brands. We had a second hand, cheap carrier with E and I was so certain I wanted a good carrier this time and, in my mind, good = Ergo. It was DH who discovered the Lillebaby....

@Cherrybee: I hate the newborn insert. It's a serious PITA and runs warm and I've had summer babies so it's not been ideal. It's uncomfortable, too - something about it just puts pressure on my back in a weird way and I've had it looked at/adjusted and nothing has helped.

@Cherrybee: I think Lille is more versatile but they're both good carriers!

When I was pregnant w LO2, I knew I wanted a better baby carrier and I kind of obsessed over making the right decision. In the end, I got a Lille and now I've bought a second. I have an Airflow and an Embossed.
Lille just seemed to have everything I wanted--no infant insert needed (I've had two summer babies), narrow and wide seats, ergonomic forward facing option, and cool fabrics because I am always hot. The last thing that sealed the deal for me is that the ergo 360 has a Velcro waist and the Lille has a clip--I worried that if the baby fell asleep and I wanted to take them off, the loud rip of the Velcro would wake them.
Anyway, I've been happy with my Lille so far but I recommend trying a few in store or through a lending library because it's kind of personal preference. My husband claims to prefer the original "baby dangling" baby bjorn because he thinks the Lillebaby is too complicated. I don't think it's complicated at all and think he's being deliberately obtuse. All I know is that the Lille has been magic for sleeping for LO2.

@Anagram: Our first carrier was a dangler. I didn't know that was even a thing until well after E grew out of it! I was worried my DH was going to be difficult about this (spending big money on "some imaginary problem I got from the internet") but he did his research and he found the Lille. It means he can override my decision with his infinite wisdom while I still get what I want in a carrier - total win all round!

I love my Lillebaby! I could use it at 2 weeks and I got the Air so it's nice and breathable.

Thank you all so much for your advice and votes. We just bought our Lillebaby! We got the Tokidoki one - squee doesn't even cut it! I'm so excited!

I didn't have a Lillie; I had the Ergo 360 and I liked it! Tho I've sold it now since DD is past needing to forward face so I wear her mostly for naps.
