Since work has been so busy and I'm too tired in the mornings to make it to the gym, I've been trying to find other ways of getting exercise in, no matter how small or short it is.

So far, the things I've come up with are
- Take a 5 min break to go up and down the stairs 5 times at work
- Walk around the building at work a couple times
- Park in the furthest parking spot I can find (sometimes on the opposite side of the mall)
- Take the longest route to where I need to go.
