When did your LO learn their ABCs?

She could sing the alphabet song at around 21 months? I don't think she really *knew* the alphabet, but she memorized the song.

@Andrea: Wow, that's really good! My LO is around that age now, but doesn't have it all down yet.

At 22 months she tries to sing but it isn't clear. She saying to recognize letters on paper which I think is more important then singing a song.

He doesn't sing the song but he knows most of his letters by sight now and maybe knew 1/3 of them a few months ago. He turned 2 yesterday.

My son can sing the song and can recognize a handful of letteres at the moment, like B, G, D, W, X, Y, Z. The others are hit or miss ( 30 months).
