I need her to sleep more! She usually sleeps good at night, but is one nap that lasts one hour enough for a 15 month old?

My LO is almost 17 months and for the last 2-3 months it's been this way. She only takes one nap and on a good day, it'll be for 1.5 hours. Normally, just an hour. It kills me. She sleeps really well at night but still. SIGH.

We have much of the same problem. Our solution was to continue to have 2 naps for 1 hour each.
I finally got dad on board with my suggestion which is that he needs an earlier bedtime (7 pm not 8 or 9) in order to get enough to sleep to sleep during the day. Yesterday he slept for an hour, was up for 30 minutes and then down for 2 hours!!!!
Also, look for teeth. Those things kill sleep for us.

that is a little less than average, but not unheard of. your lo's naps might get longer as they get older. at that age charlie was taking 3 hour naps.
