LO is 6.5 months and used to sleep 10-12 hours straight at night (bedtime was at 7pm) and then take 4-5 45 minute naps a day. Over the last month or so he has transitioned to taking two 2+ hour naps and either waking up every 2-3 hours at night or not going to sleep until midnight! His night sleep is down to probably only 8-9 hours. I think I liked it better when he was a bad napper and slept great at night! Any tips on how to get his night sleep back on track? His morning wake up time has not changed at all, so maybe he just doesn't need as much sleep?
