My Lo woke at midnight last night with a fever! It was so random.. I gave her Tylenol and nursed her all night. I'm so tired.
She's back to her normal self and fever free this am.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? I have no idea what caused the temperature spike..

My LO would spike a fever for no apparent reason and then a couple days later a tooth would pop through. I know they say teething doesn't cause fevers but for us there was definitely a correlation.

aww so sorry dear! We had a long night too but thankfully LO isn't sick. Must have been all that nursing that got her feeling better 
by the way I had to laugh when I saw you categorized this thread into "baby fever", since baby fever is for those itching to start TTC - an actual baby's fever would probably go into Baby Health
