A woman who belongs to my local mom's group was at Kentucky Kingdom a few days ago with her children and was nursing her baby under a cover. She was asked to move to a bathroom to feed her child by a female employee who was sent over there by a manager. They literally pointed her to the closest bathroom. When someone contacted KK about it on their FB page, they deleted the post and any subsequent posts that were written as a follow-up.

According to KY state law, a mother is allowed to breastfeed and pump, covered or uncovered, anywhere that the mother and infant are legally allowed to be.

Their attitude makes me ragey. I've been to Kentucky Kingdom, and the bathrooms aren't anywhere I want to spend a lot of time, much less feed my child in them. What really bothers me is that they are deleting questions and posts regarding their breastfeeding policy and especially that their policy is against the law.

I had thought about going and taking H to the water park, but I definitely won't be going there now.
