I just realized we have two local dairy farms that delivers milk...price wise it would be the same price to get local milk delivered as it is to buy organic milk from the supermarket. Anybody have experience with local milk? pros/cons?

I would totally go local as long as you know it's safe and how it's processed. Commercial milk is SO over processed. Most organic milk is high temp pasteurized for longer shelf life.
We will be transitioning to a low temp pasteurized non homogenized milk from a local dairy farm.
