We started sleep training on Friday night and LO has already started sleeping longer stretches. so far today, she took a 2 hour nap earlier and is now 2hr 10 min into another nap!
This is awesome... except that she normally goes to bed in like an hour. What do I do with this? Normal bedtime/routine? Push things a little later, but how late? Sleeping too long is totally new for me hah!
