It makes me tremble in fear but there's no turning back now, haha.

It makes me miss some things about the newborn days with her, but absolutely does not make me want another, different newborn!

@gilmoregirl: here, too!! It makes me miss the squishy little one, but WHAT AM I THINKING?!?!

Yep, it makes me want another even when it's tough. We were watching LO's videos when he was tiny. I can barely remember him being that tiny and immobile. It feels like a lifetime ago. Right now, it's him asking for fries in the car on the drive to daycare.

Funny you would post this... the screen saver on my computer just turned to a picture of DH holding DD about 5 minutes after she was born. Made my ovaries hurt.

@septca: I just texted DH a pictures of R when she wasn't even a day old saying my ovaries hurt.

LO is only 10 weeks old but when I look at her NB pictures I'm just so glad she's 10 weeks now haha. She's still super cute and tiny but so much easier and more fun.

I feel like I'm ready to do the crazy all over again. Sort of in a terrified way, though

Want, want! My heart (and ovaries) are trying really hard to override my brain on this one

@swedishfish: It makes me half scared, half nostalgic. I figured that if I survived it once, the second time around will only be easier, if only because I know (basically) what to expect. Like if breastfeeding doesn't work out again, I won't be so down on myself. But, I fear. Because even though E didn't sleep for the first 6 months, everyone comments about how mellow and easy-going he is. If this next baby is colicky, I feel like I'll probably deserve it on a cosmic level for getting a free pass with the first one!
