Haha! That's one way to do it!

I wasn't really good about it while I was home on Maternity Leave. Now that she's getting older, I'm still not that great at reading to her. I try to constantly talk to her when I'm with her, but it's just a bunch of nonsense... haha

I do, but most of it is stupid stuff, like narrating what we're doing. 'We're walking to the mailbox! Do you like being outside? Do you see the flowers by the mailbox?' I feel like an idiot but he grins at me like crazy when I do it. We also talk about poop and crazy latch face He doesn't usually pay attention when I read books to him though!

I narrated what I was doing to my son a lot, if he was in the kitchen with me while I was cooking, I would talk about what I was doing. I probably sounded like a crazy person, but that's okay.
