I eat a normal breakfast (1 egg, 3 egg whites and a slice of brown flax seed bread) a normal lunch (turkey chilli with half a slice of the same bread) but when it comes to dinner which is also very normal (usually chicken breast with potatoes or brown rice and a veggie) I find I have to practically force myself to eat it and I almost never finish the whole meal. Later in the evening I usually get a little hungry again and I will have some greek yogurt before bed, but otherwise I find I am just not hungry in the evenings.

I drink mostly water and 1-2 cups of Matcha. Occasionally I have one diet pop a day.

Is anyone else like this?
