**update**
Baby is still fighting and grew right on track (8 weeks) and has a good heartbeat. We saw arms and legs too. However, the gestational sac only grew 4 days worth in 11 days, measuring 6w2d. The doctor said that the discrepancy is very concerning and odds are I'll miscarry before 12 or 13 weeks. If I don't, There could be a chromosomal abnormality and I'll have to to cvs or amnio.
I wasn't quite prepared for this news. I was ready to accept if the baby was gone already. I thought I'd be able to move on after today but as it stands, I basically have to wait to miscarry. My heart is literally breaking but I'll get through it. You all have helped so much wih your kind words and thoughts. -
@Tidybee: I am so, so sorry. Did the dr seem hopeful at all? I will pray for the best possible outcome for you.

Thanks everyone, for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. The nurse practitioner from the office called this morning, and she and my ob/gyn seem a little more positive than the radiologist based on the heart rate and growth rate of the baby. But they said not to be "100% hopeful" since this pregnancy has had complications from the beginning (low progesterone, slow rising hcg). They don't want to see me back until 12 weeks...4 weeks from now. I'm really going to have to find things to keep me busy....
ETA: We have a family member who is an ob/gyn and he is reviewing the results with his staff and seeing what they all have to say as well. My guess is not much different than wait and see. -
