@MrsH: that sounds yummy!!! I really want to make my own granola but it seems like the ingredients might be expensive? Am I wrong? Do you have a recipe to share?

I don't think the ingredients are expensive (and I have to buy gluten free oats :)) I do leave out the pepitas because they aren't sold around me.
