    @Crystal: Ehh, not short per se. I'm on CD27 now (7DPO). My cycles are on the longer side. Not sure when we'll talk next steps. I'm still waiting for my physical and blood work from that. So I guess we'll see.

    @sarahnicole218: it's good news that you O'd. Do you think your timing was right?

    @mtex14: BFNs suck but 8dpo is sooo early! Will you test again?

    @Snowdrop: We BD'd O-5, and then had our falling out and decided to take the TTC break, and due to the positive OPK last Sunday, I thought we were going to miss any other opportunities. But then, on Thursday, we BD'd again (with no more pressure because we thought we were out this month) and it turns out, I definitely O'd on Thursday. So, not the best timing, but we hit O and O-5, which means there is a slight chance. But I doubt it...

    Its so hard to catch up after the weekend! I hope I don't leave anyone out!!!

    @bhbee: I'm so excited that you have an IUI scheduled for this Friday.

    @mtex14: Silly girl! 8dpo is way too early to be disappointed.

    @sarahnicole218: Your timing gives you a great fighting chance.

    @LindsayInNY: I hope the spotting isn't anything serious. Maybe you really just need to get back on the progesterone. I like LIttleK's advice.

    @Snowdrop: Get out the preseed!!!!!

    @littlek: I'm glad you are in the TWW again. Quick cycles are great sometimes.

    @Crystal: Glad to see you back. Did you feel the earthquake this morning?

    I went for a little blood work this morning. While I was getting my blood drawn, I had a nice view of a little day care with the cutest kids playing at recess. Ugh. Also... I hate needles.

    @sarahnicole218: You are still in with a chance. It would be so wonderful if this was your month!

    @sarahnicole218: I think you have a great shot if you hit O. So many have gotten pregnant only BD once on O so it is possible

    @littlek: yay! That's great news! Can't wait for the update tomorrow!

    @mtex14: fx for you!!!

    @MrsMcD: what was your blood work for today? That would feel like salt in the wound getting fertility blood work done while staring out at children running around...sorry

    @mrs. tictactoe: fx for you friend! I just started temping and am always looking at my chart and the charts in my copy of TCOYF.

    @sandy: Hahaha! I'm glad you saw the irony in the blood draw situation. It was totally a bittersweet moment. The blood test was ordered by my family doctor as part of a routine annual physical, with an emphasis on fertility. Such things as TSH and FSH, among others, are being tested. I go back on April 18th for a follow up but I hope to have results within less than two weeks.

    @LindsayInNY: fx the spotting stops...and that your lab results come in soon!

    @littlek: omgosh, yay! Why wait?

    @sarahnicole218: not a slight chance! A good chance! GL

    @mtex14: better luck tomorrow Remember, we're here to stare at faint lines and make executive decisions if you get a squinter!

    Took my CD21 blood work today. I told her I was anywhere between CD20-CD22 though, and she said it was all good. She just wanted to see a number which indicated some sort of ovulation activity and hoping to see a better number than the last 2 months. I'll make sure to update you ladies when I get the #s back (sometime tomorrow).
    I am *starting* to get antsy about the waiting game. Only 8 more days though. I can do this....I think.

    cantaloupe / 6687 posts

    @CupQuakeWalk: FX your labs come back showing O! I'm CD20 today and go in for my CD21 labs tomorrow (got messed up bc I had the whacked out 15 day cycle last time). My cycles are usually 26-27 days so I may test this weekend (that would be 12dpo for me) bc my husband leaves for a business trip Sunday through Wednesday and there is no way I can wait until the night of the 26th to test.

    coconut / 8475 posts

    @sandy: if you do, tell me. I kind of want to test before my missed period, but I am scared. But then again, if its positive, how nice would it be to know now rather than later?

    @MrsMcD: I did, but it was pretty slight out here.

    @mtex14: Don't lose hope, 8DPO is super super early.

    @MrsMcD: Ugh, just perfect blood drawing conditions, huh? As if the needles aren't bad enough! I keep seeing cute little babies everywhere.

    @littlek: Good luck!!! Keep us posted!!!

    @CupQuakeWalk: Good luck!!!

    TMI time: DH and I BD last night just for fun (which I was super proud of us for!). Somehow, we hurt him, and he was bleeding eeeeeeeeeeeeeeverywhere. We have no idea how we did that. And now he is worried because our first day of babymakinging for this cycle is Wednesday, and what if he doesn't recover by then? FX its a speedy recovery. =/

    He says he is fine and it doesn't hurt, but OH MY GOODNESS was it shocking. We seriously didn't do anything crazy, so no idea what happened.

    Good idea on the extra preseed, he'll need it, lol.

    While I hate TTC, I am thankful to have you wonderful ladies here for support and to be able to talk about things I can't discuss with anyone else.

    DH and I are meeting up tomorrow for our one real chance this month- should be O-2. Though with such extreme stress for both of us, it's unlikely.

    Still no word on the interview. I am so hoping I get an email back tomorrow for this Thursday. Prayers please!

    Today, it is extremely important that I strive to stay positive! March 18th, exactly one year of TTC. It's sad to think how much stress this has caused us over the past year. But if this cycle is not for us (and thank you to those ladies who are holding out hope for us), I feel ready for our TTC break. We are going to North Carolina at the end of May and I think that would be a good time to re-evaluate how we feel about TTC. Thank you all for your support over the last few months...you really have no idea how much it has helped me.

    I don't know what to do... Today is 8DPO. I've had brown spotting/discharge since Sunday (6DPO). It's very light though. If I wore dark underwear and didn't pay attention when wiping, I wouldn't even know it is happening. It's not enough to fill or need to replace a pantyliner during the day. For example, I have two dots worth right now, just peed and nothing when I wiped. I had my progesterone blood work done on Saturday (5DPO). I don't know whether to call my doctor or not. And if I did, what do I even say? I don't want to sound crazy and say I could be pregnant (even though it's a possibility)... I just don't know what I would say or what they could do? Am I being crazy?

    @LindsayInNY: I'd call. They should have your results by now. Fx!!!
