So I'm kind of freaked out and looking to see if someone has any experience with this.

I went for an ultrasound today because my doctor wanted to check my cervical length (I've been having ongoing spotting and braxton hicks contractions for awhile now). Fortunately, my cervix is long and closed, but they called a doctor in because apparently I have marginal placenta previa.

Like I said, I'm kind of freaked out. I just find it odd that at 19 weeks the placenta wasn't low lying, but now at 23 weeks it's touching my cervix? I'm hoping it migrates... gah, it's always something for me to worry about! Anyone else have this?
